His journey from frontline customer service to becoming a respected consultant in employee and customer engagement is a testament to his passion for creating thriving work environments.

Marc’s commitment to leadership excellence is underpinned by his academic achievements. He holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management, which has equipped him with cutting-edge knowledge and strategies in organisational development. Various ITIL accreditation ranging from Service Strategy to Service Design, as well as a plethora of counselling and mental health qualifications to enhance the mental resilience in any organsation.
