He holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management, which has equipped him with cutting-edge knowledge and strategies in organisational development. Various ITIL accreditation ranging from Service Strategy to Service Design, as well as a plethora of counselling and mental health qualifications to enhance the mental resilience in any organsation.
